APCCE Purpose
To promote the inalienable rights, education and well-being of all children in our homes and community.
To educate child care providers, families and our community about desirable conditions, programs and practices for children from birth to school-age.
To encourage continuous professional growth, mentoring and support for child care providers.
To distribute Legislative and Regulatory information concerning family child care providers.
To raise public awareness of issues concerning child care providers, children, and families.

Meetings are to be held in odd months at the Fremont Resource Center in the Millenium Room at 7:00 p.m. Provider Interactions are to be held on even months with locations TBA.
